Hi, I'm Saurabh
Founder of Picard.Law — Building AI that legal teams can actually trust.
Why I Built Picard.Law
I've spent years at the intersection of technology and legal operations. Working closely with legal teams, I witnessed a recurring frustration: brilliant lawyers drowning in documents, unable to quickly find what they needed.
When AI tools like ChatGPT emerged, I was initially excited. But then I saw the problem: hallucinations. AI would confidently state facts that simply weren't in the documents. For legal work, where every claim must be verifiable, this was a dealbreaker.
I couldn't find a solution that met the standard legal professionals needed—so I built one. Picard.Law was born from a simple belief: AI should never make a claim it can't prove.
Every response from Picard cites exactly where the information comes from. Click a citation, and you see the exact page and paragraph. No black boxes. No faith required. Just evidence-based AI that lawyers can stake their reputation on.
From Problem to Solution
The Problem
Working with legal teams, I saw the chaos of document management—hours spent searching, no unified knowledge base.
AI Revolution
LLMs emerged, but with a critical flaw for legal: hallucinations. Confident wrong answers could mean malpractice.
The Solution
Built Picard.Law with one principle: every AI answer must cite its source. Evidence-based AI was born.
Growing Impact
Now serving legal teams globally, helping them work smarter while maintaining the accuracy they need.
What Drives Me
I'm passionate about building products that solve real problems. At the core, I believe technology should augment human expertise, not replace it.
